Plant Engineer
To provide technical and administrative support to the Plant and Machinery Department.
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years of working experience in similar field
- Experienced in project management and handling of logistics activities
- Possess good knowledge of construction equipment maintenance programs to ensure maintenance and engineering provisions are carried out effectively

Technical Supervisor
- Preferably with experience in construction environment
- Must possess class 3 driving licence for travelling to different jobsites
- Good knowledge of workplace safety, especially in a construction environment
- Able to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of ISO certification requirements.
- Certificate in Scaffolding an advantage but not essential

Mechanics
Perform troubleshooting, repair and servicing of construction equipment at workshop and at various job sites.
- Preferably with NITEC (Mechanical) certificate

Project Coordinator (Interior Design)
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Building/Construction Management/Civil & Structural Engineering/related qualifications with minimum of 5 years similar experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of Autocad will be an added advantage
- Good negotiation skills
- Good understanding of project management and controls
- Well versed in construction drawings
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good stress tolerance
- Ability to clearly and effectively express ideas, thoughts and concepts both verbally and in writing
Job Description
- Co-ordinate and execute interior/commercial related work in all phases with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers
- Demonstrate and implement cost saving measures
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of the highest quality
- Follow up on suppliers’ and subcontractors’ work progress to ensure meeting project completion date
- Co-ordinate, influence and lead stakeholders in aligning work plan
- Monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders on regular basis
